After checking in, attendees step into the Headshot Station, where our photographer captures several professional headshots using studio lighting and a clean backdrop. Each participant is guided through the session to ensure natural expressions and polished results.
3. Instant Image Delivery
Shortly after their photo is taken, participants receive an email with a personal gallery link where they can view and download their professional headshots. This allows attendees to quickly update their LinkedIn profiles, company directories, or professional branding photos.
4. Event Participation List

Each participant can scan a QR code taking them directly to a customized sign up form and gallery with your company logo.

We make sure all file names are adjusted to the name of the participant, making images easier to find and use if you’d like a copy of all participants images.

Email delivery of a personal gallery of headshots to where the participants can download their images.

We can provide a leads list of all participants names and email address in a CSV format, along with a link to all galleries.

This means you OWN the images and can do whatever you like to them! Giving you the full control that a print release or licensing doesn’t offer.
